Image Database Module

The image database module allows you to improve the quality of handling regular print orders with images. All user materials will be archived for reuse. Images or signatures of employees are commonly used.

 

The First Order

Your customers download an image or a signature as a part of their order.
The picture will be filed in the database.

 

Optional: Image Post-Production

The graphic designer receives an Internet access to the inbox of the image database. There he finds not yet optimized images that were uploaded by the users.

The graphic designer can edit pictures directly by means of Adobe Photoshop without downloading the images from the server. As soon as the pictures are in perfect condition, these images will be archived in the image database for reuse.

 

Reorder

In case your customer makes a repeat order, it can be carried out by reusing the image material already existing in the image database and, if necessary, optimized.
