2011
- New Look and Features for trinom Web-to-Print Procurement System 4.0
28. March 2011. The trinom Procurement System has become a new, modern look and simplified
the usability of a number of functions. The basis for the individual changes was customer surveys and our hotline
experience. New features include: a basket, which will be stored for several days, the calculation of dispatch costs
by weight, a simplified repeat order and the "reuse" of already collected but not made print orders yet.

- Relaunch Website References
On 20 July 2009 the completely revised trinom reference sites came online.
They not only offer to interested parties a better overview about IT projects that have been carryied out successfully, but also show
the spectrum of services covered by trinom.

- Opening Hours Module
On 18 July 2009 a new module for the collection of opening hours was relaunched.
This add-on module for the Web-to-Print functions has already been widely used, primarily for the signs of insurance branches.
By now the module has been completely modified and generalized, so the administrator or graphic designer can configure it for his own
language- and country-conditioned needs. At first the module will be used for the order of folders by a major Austrian banking house.
- New Procurement System: Andritz AG
On 1 Mai 2009 another trinom Web-to-Print system for the Andritz-GRUPPE came online.
The new Procurement System will be used for numerous print orders of the entire German-speaking area.
Over the next few weeks the Web-to-Print system will be expanded step by step. Andritz had already been using the trinom Procurement System
for several years and at the beginning of the year decided for its worldwide use. The full expansion includes all the enterprises
belonging to the Andritz-GROUP which should handle their print orders with the help of trinom Procurement System.
- New Customter: Erste Sparkasse / Salzburger Sparkassen
On 15 April 2009 the new Procurement System for the Salzburger Sparkassen came online.
At the beginning A5 folders will be ordered with the help of the trinom Procurement System.
Over the next few months the Procurement System will be gradually expanded.
- New Module: Voucher Administration
On 1 April 2009 a new module of voucher administration for the trinom customers
became available. The voucher can be created and issued by the Procurement System administrators,
and the customers have a possibility to pay online by gift or pre-paid vouchers.

Since 1 April 2009 the new One2Print portal has been online.
The platform is designed for SMEs. The trinom Procurement System obtained a complete new user-friendly interface.

- Website Relaunch
The trinom product sites are completely newly revised to present a better overview of
trinom products, additional modules and interfaces available to the customers.
Moreover, in a few next months the Internet sites will be available in English and Russian.
The project includes numerous customer suggestions made during the last 12 months, for which we remain very thankful.

- Online Greeting Cards »
trinom presents a new version of trinom e-cards.
In view of the occasion (Christmas 2008) the product has been entirely revised and redesigned.
With the trinom greeting cards the companies get the possibility to contact their customers in a pleasant manner.
At the same time the Internet site can be used as a subtle advertising platform.
This well-known and established service acts as an additional important communication
medium for enterprises with frequent customer contacts.
- Porsche Austria Uses trinom Procurement System
Since March 2008 the new trinom Procurement System for the Porsche AG in Austria has been online.
The advantages of the trinom Procurement System will be used by Porsche Group branches as well as by trading partners
for the auto brands VW, Audi, Skoda, Weltauto and Porsche.
- ISS Switch Over to the Latest Version
ISS had been using the trinom Procurement System version 2.1 since 2002.
Due to current requirements the opportunity was taken to switch over to an updated version 3.4.
It will be primarily used for basket functions and approval workflow.
2007
- s Versicherung Vienna Insurance Group Uses trinom Procurement System
Since November 2007 the s Versicherung as an additional member of the
Erste Austrian Sparkassen has been using the trinom Procurement System for print orders.
- OMV Uses E-Procurement System with SAP OCI Interface
The OMV has been already using the trinom Procurement System for several years.
Since October 2007 the Procurement System has been expanded by SAP OCI interface and after numerous extensive tests put in operation.
- eplus Gained as Distribution Partner
eplus was gained as distribution partner in cooperation with trisys.
eplus is a joint venture of Europapier & LIBRO/PAGRO and the market leader of paper and office in Austria.
The integrated trinom Procurement System also offers electronically print orders to the customers of eplus.
2004
- Workflow of the E-Procurement System Extends
On multiple customer requests the approval process of the trinom Procurement System has been expanded.
With immediate effect the approval process can optionally handle up to three steps. The first step supports the "Four-eye principle"
and requires an approval from the employee selected by the consumer. The second stage is an approval at the organization level,
i.e. it can be granted a "local" approval for each department or direction. The last step is the central approval mostly issued by the purchasing department.
- E-Procurement System for Producers in Live Operation
On May the new software version 3.0 of trinom Procurement System for print orders gains its first customers.
Previously there had been several months of intensive testing. The new technical possibilities support the printing companies that need a multitenancy
system and big companies that have to implement separate requirements for each subsidiary company. In particular the application of different
pre-press modules allows the use for the "print on demand" combined with an excellent sophisticated procurement system.
- E-Business Server in Mainframe Center
Due to the high quality standards the trinom e-business server with more than 100,000 user accesses
moves to the highest performing mainframe center of Europe.
- Process Analysis for Benchmarking Platform is Completed
After four months the analysis project for the benchmarking platform of sewage treatment plants
has been finalized. The project is significant for Austrian communities and their sewer and wastewater treatment plants, their efficiency
will be evaluated by means of this platform. The analysis was required as a pre-stage for the tender. The system is expected to go live in September 2004.

About 6,000 users of the Austrian Generali Group have joined in the trinom Procurement System.
Fifteen companies order their business cards, stamps and accessories by trinom Procurement System.
- Electronic Billing
According to the current legislation amendment electronic billing has been allowed since 1 January 2003.
The invoice can be sent in PDF format as well as in XML format for an automatic processing.
- 10 Years trinom informationssysteme
February 1991. trinom informationssysteme had just been foundend and was not much more than a post box and an idea:
a software support for development and adaptation of enterprise solutions on the Austrian market.
A month later an open plan office was settled in Vienna. In a year Austria Bank and Bundeslaender Insurance were gained as major clients.
- Enterprise Java Beans for Motor Vehicle Workflow System
Vienna. trinom in cooperation with a partner company creates a workflow system of electronic control module
for motor vehicle industry. The project goal is the standardization and centralization of the current
inhomogeneous system landscape. The different working processes must be feasible by a single system and
numerous interfaces integrated into the existing system. The new system will be used by more than 1,000 employees
in several locations.
- Quality Management and Low Cost in the Software Development
(Vienna, Zurich, Brno) - At the beginning of July 2000 the introduction of trinom
Unified Process version 1.0 was completed for all kinds of software development. This means a maximum security in terms of
the duration and cost of ongoing and future projects as well as an even higher quality of delivered products for our customers.
